Bandai Soul of Chogokin: GX-41B Black Raideen Figure

Bandai's Soul of Chogokin line of action figures take classic Japanese robot toy models from the 1970's and 1980's and remaster them as die-cast metal figures, with a delicate paint finish and the heft that comes only from a die-cast. The original Raideen, one of the classic Shogun Warriors of the 1970s, was the first transforming figure released in Japan. Previously remastered for the Soul of Chogokin line, the Raideen is now available as the GX-41B: Black Raideen, featuring an all black paint scheme that makes this imposing robot even more striking!

Bandai Soul of Chogokin Spec XS-02 SPT Layzner

Second entry in Bandai's new Soul of Chogokin Spec expansion series is none other than the "blue comet," SPT Layzner! This fully articulated 14cm-tall action figure has all the accurate detailing, playability, and fun gimmicks expected from Bandai's hit Soul of Chogokin series. Its diecast metal inner frame features intricate mechanical detailing, and there are optional armor parts to assemble either SPT-LZ-00X Layzner or the E-SPT-LZ-00X-B New Layzner. Layzner comes packed with a BPP-3C grenade launcher and LDR-00R lasered rifle that can be attached to its UV-00D backpack, and two calf missiles. Bandai has thoughtfully included a cool display base that resembles the main control panel in Layzner's cockpit, which not only allows Layzner to be displayed in a variety of dynamic mid-air poses, but also features a sound system that plays a total of 22 sound effects from the anime series! Two AAA batteries are required (not included) for the sound system to function. The perfect Layzner action figure!
